Have you ever had this scene? Handing your information over to the police officer. I have. Most recently around Christmas. I ended up with a ticket in that instance BUT Up until then I had only ever gotten parking tickets. Thankfully I live in Jersey but if I lived say, hmm, California I would probably get a California Traffic Ticket more times than not. Not to say I wasn't ever pulled over for some off the wall reasons. I will never forget getting pulled over with a friend of mine, a  tall, blonde Nordic looking guy.  As clean cut as they come. We were traveling in his Red Geo Metro.  We pulled into a convenience store, realized they were closed & pulled out.  We got about 300 feet when the lights went in and the police officer pulled us over. His reason? We matched the description of a pair of armed robbers. Hello?!!!?? We were in a Geo Metro...not exactly the get away car of choice among criminals. Is it?
