She has been writing since the ripe age of twelve about ponies and princesses in brightly colored duo-tangs with metallic pens. Thankfully, she now has a Mac with a keyboard where she can write about love, sex and relationships. She is an “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” fanatic, a hater of roller-coasters and a country music junkie. She lives in Thunder Bay, ON where the summers are short and the winters are long.

Vtech Voices bring you: Tips For Encouraging Our Kids to Read

Hola readers! I want to talk to you about this great VTech V.reader again. I love it. Recently, my son & I received the Toy Story 3 game to go in the reader. OMG! He hasn't put it down. At all. He's asked to take it to bed with him & in the tub. Since it isn't water proof & I would like him to sleep I have had to deny him this luxury. One thing that I am finding that is working on him constantly wanting to play with his reader is I do not turn the tv on. Nope. Not on. When we come home at the end of the day, I make sure the reader is left somewhere he can see it, I walk past the tv w/o turning it on & he spies the reader. He then asks to use it. Sits on the floor behind our coffee table & reads, reads, reads. I hear him giggling as I cook dinner. The VTech V.reader definitely keeps him engaged! Guess what?!? Nessie & Me...a Review & a #Giveaway

Need a cute movie for the little ones to watch, this is the one. Cheeks & I watched it, we liked it, albeit a bit young for my 10 year old boy.  I would say good age range for kids is maybe 3 to 7.
