I was fortunate enough to get to try out the Recalls Plus App. Can I just say...Love! Anything that is going to help me with my child's well being is a plus in my book. A few years ago, I bought Cheeks some blocks.  After a few weeks of use, I got an email saying they had been recalled for lead. Lead! Needless to say those puppies were thrown out & someone was tested for lead poisoning. Thankfully he did not have it. Had this app been available a few years back, I would have known way before I did. The app helps a parent to be proactive.  It has recalls for strollers, cribs, toys, formula & many other things. Boys & Girls. Readers & Lurkers. I have a Flash Friday Giveaway for you. Thanks to the fabulous people at SheSpeaks  I have been able to try Hormel Complete Kids Meals. Let me tell you. These are pretty yummy. I actually tried one last night.  Yes me, not Cheeks.  He will be trying the other flavors.  I tried Beef Ravioli.  It was the perfect size for a small snack & these meals are the perfect size for Cheeks for lunch.  Excellent too since I can throw it in his lunch bag to take to daycare.
