Spring has Sprung, Outdoor Decorating has Begun

It's here. Spring that is. I can smell it, well really I know it's year b/c my eyes are burning and I am sneezing my head off but I am excited. Why?

Thanks to Pier 1 I am all a twitter to get some decorating outside done, or inside for that matter b/c Pier 1 has furniture & decor that is for either indoors or outdoors!

I do, like the late 70's, early 80's. They are just so comfy & I know the kids would love to sit & relax in them. Ah, gotta love it.

And Pier 1 even has cool door mats...one, the Estrella, is even on clearance right now. Sha-bang! Bargain!

Hola readers! I want to talk to you about this great VTech V.reader again. I love it. Recently, my son & I received the Toy Story 3 game to go in the reader. OMG! He hasn't put it down. At all. He's asked to take it to bed with him & in the tub. Since it isn't water proof & I would like him to sleep I have had to deny him this luxury. One thing that I am finding that is working on him constantly wanting to play with his reader is I do not turn the tv on. Nope. Not on. When we come home at the end of the day, I make sure the reader is left somewhere he can see it, I walk past the tv w/o turning it on & he spies the reader. He then asks to use it. Sits on the floor behind our coffee table & reads, reads, reads. I hear him giggling as I cook dinner. The VTech V.reader definitely keeps him engaged! Guess what?!?
