I am always looking for ways to better my health and what I eat. Of course, what my family eats also.
Now that summer is here I am feeling the effects (and seeing) of what I didn't do right over the course of the winter.
I am no skinny mini by any means but I still can tell when I look worse than usually.

I've started to add the Fish Oil to mine and Cheeks drinks. I am here to tell you I feel better. Fish Oil is great for Omega 3 & for helping keep those joints lubricated (perhaps Anastastia should take some ... total Fifty Shades reference).
The facial wash is extremely gentle on the skin and the energizing drink kept me going after I did the yoga.
The other great thing about KLUTCHClub, they are nice enough to let me give one of the boxes away.
