If you purchased select Health-Ade Kombucha beverages between March 6, 2014 and May 24, 2019 you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement.

You may be entitled to up to a $40 payment without proof of purchase and up to $80 if you have proof of purchase. The claim period ends 8/27/19, so be sure to file by that date if you qualify.
